Tuesday, 29 September 2009. I have been neglecting you! Since the advent of Facebook I have been rubbish at posting photos and stories here. But as not everyone is my Facebook friend I will attempt an update. I have so far built 25 kilometres of road in Karamoja; employed over a thousand people; and been sick several times! Wednesday, July 29, 2015. Back in May, I was in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, getting ready to fly up to a town called Mwanza. I would then take a four-hour bus ride on to another town called Musoma. We have a large translation project going on in Musoma serving eight language communities, with plans to expand even more. I began to explain our work of language development and Bible translation. Back in October we learnt that Auric Air, a Tanzanian airline, was adding Mpanda to its flight routes. So when Theo was due for some immunisations around December we decided to take advantage of this and fly to Dar for a New Year break. It was so nice! We flew from Mpanda to Mwanza on this 12-seater aeroplane, hung out in Mwanza for a few hours and then took another internal flight to Dar, which arrived in the late evening.
