Thursday, October 20, 2011. Over the last couple of years, the medication I was taking gave me terrible sugar cravings. How am I doing? My starting weight was 11st 2lbs. My usual weight has always been between. 8st 12lb and 9st 7lbs. None of my clothes fitted me. The more weight I put on, the less I was moving about. It was well worth the visit! 2 Drin.

A new year and some new projects. My exciting project is on the loom right now! Here is the warp - my first end-on-end, bi-colour warp.

Wednesday, January 26, 2011. Aussie, Aussie, Aussie . My Australia Day began luxuriously . What a glorious start to the day. Then it was into the kitchen. Cookbook - a promise she is taking very seriously. Today she tackled an Aussie classic - bacon and egg pie. And the result was scrumptious. Lunch was quickly followed by afternoon tea. What can I say .

I went to the good old doctors after New Years day as I have been having the most horrid pains in my stomach, along the belly button and just above. The Dr, not having a clue what was wrong, gave me some acid reducing tablets and said it may be an ulcer and to come back in a week if not any better. The following Monday morning I am back at the GP after a painful week, she refers me to the hospital. Yuk! From the girls at work.
