每每想到要跟朋友或家人享受一下舒適,優雅的晚餐,或是特別的宴會,這裡一直都是我的首選. 這次我帶來的是1979 Champagne Deutz Cuvee William Deutz 1.5L. 這瓶酒的比例是PN 62, CH 30, PM 8. 聞起來有濃濃的香草,細緻的酸度之中帶有很淡的礦石味,而堅果的味道主宰了後味,整體的感覺仍很飽滿. 雖然是大瓶裝,可是當天來的W醫師夫婦,鯤鯤跟Denise這幾位,可能是高雄香檳消耗速度最快的前三名,沒兩下這瓶就見底了. 這一道菜很清爽,但是我們都覺得鴨肝太少,以致於整道菜的平衡感不夠完美,竹筍的味道太重了,反而變成了主角. 這是我們喝的第二瓶酒, 2005 Egon Muller Riesling Scharzhofberger Auslese 750ml. 而Egon Muller,愛酒的朋友都知道這是德國的DRC,也是名列在陳新民教授的稀世珍釀裡的好酒. 但是價錢實在太貴,所以阿頭一直都還沒有喝過,前年看到了2005年的release,就買了瓶送她,在生日的時候來喝. 結果是回來美國後,又買了好幾瓶07年的窮. 比較起來,果香淡一點,.
