Searching for Hopefulness Through the Pain of Depression. Monday, November 19, 2012. It has been quite some time since I have added an entry to my blog. My last entry was July and a great deal has happened since then. Most importantly my depression is firmly and soundly under full control. As many of you know I began a course of treatment with ECT, Electro Convulsive Therapy. Exercise and getting out in the sunshine are vital ingredients to my successful treatment.
This was unknown to almost everyone who knew me until 2007, when I suffered a manic relapse that resulted in many people finding out. what followed was a search for balance and acceptance that is still very much a work in progress. Thursday, May 13, 2010. I know I havent written in forever, but Ive had a few comments so I thought I would send an update. Life is pretty good right now. My meds have been the same for a while and seem to be working well. I am on Lamictal, Cymbalta and Limbitrol. Married life is treating me just fine and I have been pretty stable for a long time. I am still smoking, which really sucks. I am ready to start a family. Are there any bipolar women out there that have gone through this? Links to this post.CONTENT
