Could it be that I stayed up until 2am in the morning, and then went out and excersized and didnt take care of myself so I wound up dehyrated and pretty sick afterward? Probably. IT has been forever since I have been here and so much has happened, Life gets so carried away and things can start spinning out of control so fast that there are days I am not sure I can catch up.
