In meinen Garten habe ich eine wunderschöne Thymian-Pflanze, die wuchert und wuchert. Kurzerhand habe ich den Thymian ein bisschen gestutzt und koche nun einen Husten-Sirup daraus. Eine handvoll Thymian, 1 kleine Zwiebel, brauner Zucker nach Geschmack. Den Thymian und die Zwiebel grob hacken, in ca 200 ml Wasser 10 Min köcheln lassen. Braunen Zucker nach Geschmack hinzugeben! Von der Kochstelle nehmen und abkühlen lassen. Habt es fein, viele Grüsse Bea.
