Sunday, May 01, 2005. Wow What a crazy weekend of cooking. I was definitely inspired by the new All-Clad skillet and went on quite a tear. Friday Night - Shrimp Scampi with penne. Saturday Night - Pork Chops stuffed with spinach, pine nuts and cheese, and 4 Cheese Baked Pasta. Sunday Night - Savory Herb Crepes with stuffing and a baby spinach salad with home roasted red bell peppers. Wednesday, April 27, 2005.
