Sunday, November 22, 2015. 12 oz fresh cranberries, rinsed and drained. Add the sugar and water and gently mix. Both my husband and I declared that this cranberry sauce was even better than the basic one. These are the absolute best mashed potatoes ever! 5 lbs of potatoes, peeled and diced.
All the spring babies have gotten so much bigger! The tiny little puppies are already 10 weeks old, the chickens and ducks look like a giant yard of chickens and ducks instead of a yard of chicken nuggents for hawks. And yes, that one on the far side, it is a sheep.

Tuesday, June 4, 2013. Planes, Trains, and Automobiles. Two weeks ago, the three Little Badgers had a trip on a train. It was a real, honest-to-history steam locomotive. The kind of engine that stirs your blood and inspires generations of future engineers. We had driven, with Grammy Badger, up to Amish country to ride the rails.
