Monday, December 21, 2009. Landon had his first piano recital. Xander was of course thrilled that he had to be a part of yet another one. We had it a retirement community. No funny stuff this year. All the tenant were well behaved. I think I heard it too, NOT! He is soo funny. They did a great job. I was a proud teacher and mama! The other picture is some of my other students.

Sunday, September 9, 2012. We drove and drove and drove. We left on a Thursday after work and made it all the way to Little Rock, Arkansas the first night. We drove through a crazy rain storm complete with blinding lightening and booming thunder. We were on the look out for mountains. She started 7th grade and is part of a new group doing a leadership course at her school. We thought maybe she wanted to do homeschool this year but after doing a few lessons minus her friends and recess she changed her mind. 5 as you read earlier is 2 and has a mind of her own unless 4 tells her to do something.
