My pathetic attempt for getting attention. Tuesday, April 5, 2011. I completed the Cardio power and resistance portion of Insanity today. It was about 45 minutes of pure torture. I should have guessed after the warm up part of the workout caused me to drench my shirt in sweat. About two hours after finishing, I was still breathing hard. I have 57 days left. Monday, April 4, 2011. Sunday, April 3, 2011. There was a fitness test, which I failed.

There are a lot more locked doors nowadays, and getting them opened can sometimes be a trial. There is nothing more obdurate than bureaucracy, nothing more intractable as people who accept senseless orders, and nothing more frustrating to someone who does not. Must have an extra key somewhere. And so we had access to the lab for our class, as usual. Sometimes I roll my eyes.
As preparations were being made the week before, I began to wonder what my assigned roll for the day would be. Up until this point the only thing that was certain was that I would need to wear athletic clothes. Lucky for me I have some e.
