Today i wrote letters to two mental illnesses that have recently plagued me- depression and anorexia. It was one of the most freeing experiences of my recovery. I refuse to let you win. You may have snuck in once through the side door. You may have almost got me with your friends Mr. reckless behaviors I took up when you really took over. I am valuable to too many people to allow you to win.

WHAT I WISH YOU KNEW

The world is so much bigger than your brain, stop living inside your head. I mean I love you more than the bad days ahead of us, I love you more than any fight we will ever have. I love you more than the distance between us, I love you more than any obstacle that could try and come between us. I love you the most.
