It takes a lot of work, an exam, and a board of peers to hand pick each Chief. Wes was picked as one of 1 of 35 Fire Controlman, aegis, in the Navy. The pinning of him and his fellow Brothers and Sister occured out to sea, and I hear it was a really nice ceremony. Sunday, August 22, 2010.
