Wednesday, March 2, 2011. In February, we took our first trip to Maui! What an amazing adventure! Although we stayed in Kanapaali. we explored most of the island. The boys were obsessed with the beach and boogie boarding. The beach gave us opportunities to swim with sea turtles and snorkel. We took a two day trip around the island via The Road to Hana, which also included a drive up to Haleakala Crater. In February, its whale season in Maui! Whales were abundant and very active! Monday, November 7, 2011. Inspired by two young mothers, I sit today and search the depths of my soul. My heart is broken for them. For their pain, their sorrow, lonliness and grief. Beautiful in every way a woman can be. She has three of the cutes little blonde haired girls you will ever come across! My heart - no - my very soul aches for this family! She was found very early the next morning, not far from the home where she had wandered. What a painful relief for her pare.
