My journey to lose 100 pounds. My husband and I went to a local attraction over the weekend and they took our picture. What I see in the mirror is NOT what is actually true. How do our brains do that? What am I going to do about it? Write down everything i eat or drink. Do some sort of physical activity everyday. Say no to candy, sweet stuff and fattening items.
