Monday, August 4, 2008. I did what i normally do after a great loss and went and blew it by eating whatever whenever. I am so dissappointed with myself! What is wrong with me? I am getting sooo close to goal and it scares me. Sunday, July 27, 2008. I s the expression that came to mind when i hopped on the scales at WI yesterday. GOAL 1 - lose 10kg. GOAL 2 - get to a healthy BMI of 25. Not only did i have a loss but mum also lost 1. 2kg! Ell so here they are. Tuesday, July 22, 2008.
