In a half hour. Ok, 15 minute mile as a walker. I did jog a block here and there, but it did tire me out a bunch, so the last mile I stuck to brisk walk. This walking as was running is a welcome stress buster, at least for a half hour, lol. 2 more walking 3 milers. Wed - 3.4 miles. Friday tonight - 3.1 miles. Total this week 9.9 miles! Ugh, wish I had broght the Garmin if I had known my weekly total would be such an untidy number. I was moving at a good clip, did about 3.4 miles in about 52 min.CONTENT
