Monday, February 7, 2011. My Baby is 18! Where has the time gone? 18 years ago there were several women in our ward who had babies, all of us had girls, except Carla, she had Kyle! I remember thinking how lucky Kyle would be when he turned 16 and would be surrounded by all of these beautiful young women! Thursday, April 28, 2011. Last week was an outstanding event, a mini triathlon in Pima Arizona sponsored by the Coronado District of the Boy Scouts of America. We took 10 boys and 3 adults from our unit. We set up camp and had some pizza provided by our Stake. Many thanks to the organizers of this event and for the gracious people of Pima. Thanks to all the youth leaders for preparing our young men, you are awesome. We got up extra ear.

Sunday, December 7, 2008. Later in the evening the presents were brought out. Grandma sometimes made crocheted slippers for the grandkids. They were great for sliding around on the kitchen floor. That kind of shortened the life of the slippers, but oh well! I am not the man I was.
