I never used to try and paint my own flags. I have to learn the techniques. Anything to make life easier. So in the past I always used printed flags, either bought or printed myself.

Saturday, August 15, 2015. The next leg of the Peruvian adventure saw us set out for the small town of Ollantaytambo in the valley along the Urubamba River. The town is situated at the end of the Sacred Valley as the Urubamba River disappears from the valley and plunges into the gorge on its way towards Aguas Calientes; the tourist town at the foot of Machu Picchu.

Tuesday, 7 July 2015. I finally managed to pop round to the post office to pick up my most recent kickstarter I backed. This one has been tremendous with regular updates and has arrived in a respectable timescale. The usual suspects for a Richard Borg, 12x11 hex map, cards, counters, special dice and rules with 16 scenarios. Another 2 scenarios come with the deal as well as 10 artillery models.

Saturday saw our club once again filled with gamers, as we held our second Bolt Action gaming day. 10 gamers took part in three scenarios organized and planned by our games masters. It was great to see a few new faces, who had not played Bolt Action or visited the club before. Fresh meat! A tight moment in the game.

Sorry for delay in updating blog, but started a new job Working weekends at Edinburgh, which is a 5 hour train ride away and results in me losing Friday and Monday traveling and most of Monday.
