For a while I was thinking that this blog didnt serve much purpose anymore, but I browsed through it a while ago and decided there was some good direction here. My other blog simply-vulnerable.blogspot.com. Because we had to be ready for a showing pretty much any time of day we opted to have only a one-hour notice before showings, we tried our best to keep the house pretty clean most of the time.
