Where I live, the problem is not severe. We have four hours of loading shedding every day. The verdict was supposed to be announced the same day. The judge and the jury had listened carefully, the public suspiciously, the defendant nervously and the victim numbly. Before requesting the jury to take to their room and come up with the decision both the defendant and the victim were asked to add to their testimonies, if they felt the need.
