I was able to do about 5 minutes rotating forward on a stationary bike. This hurt a little bit but made me feel great! I wasnt exactly given permission to join a spin class but I can now start to do daily minutes on a stationary bike. This was music to my ears as I feel I may actually be able to do some minor cardio.
