I know starting off I need to start off smaller but ideally I would love to be back where I was 15 years ago pre kids, prehysterectomy, etc. So whats the recommended goal for say your first month? I am cutting out soda again as of today. I want to get back in a routine of walking and bike riding and even some just dance routines yes those helped me before. So here it is people.starting weight.
