Thursday, September 6, 2012. As he got older, we started our Friday morning hot chocolate together, which became a ritual. We would do crafts together and play trains together. Friday, December 19, 2014. I miss being here. The year has slipped by in a blur of hours, days, and months, and here we are, 10 months since my last post. This collection of family moments and platform to share them has always been a creative outlet. My work has eaten up the better part of my days, and time with my kids is fleeting and precious. Wednesday, December 24, 2014. Merry Christmas from Salem, Oregon! This year has brought a lot of changes for the Williams family. One year ago we had just begun our journey of being a long-distance family. The kids started their new schools after Spring Break- it was an adjustment, particularly for Kaela in middle school- but they all made friends easily, have great teachers, and are all excelling at their appropriate levels! And he is a very active boy! .
