Turun itäisellä keskusta-alueella sijaitseva tupakanhajuinen asunto sai täysin uuden ilmeen ja tuoksun, kun se remontoitiin lattiasta kattoon. Noin 15 000 euroa maksanut remontti teki asunnosta valoisan ja kodikkaan. Asunnon ostajat tekivät suuren osan työstä itse, purkutöihin käytettiin asbestityöhön erikoistunutta yritystä ja tarvittavat putkityöt hoiti putkiliike.
