Asher discovered some goldfish and and juice box left by a friend and now he has pink juice all over his shirt and there is a trail of goldfish crumbs by my bed. But with all the goldfish crumbs comes trucks, airplanes, and trains also scattered all over my apartment. There is no question who the perpetrator is.

Tuesday, October 9, 2012. Our fifth FIRST birthday! For her first birthday, we had a tea party. Finger sandwiches, chips, grapes, and apple slices. Here is her tea party cake. And her tea party dishes. JJ asserts his growing up capabilities. She mostly just grabbed the cake by the handfuls and then acted disgusted before she shook her hand like a wet dog to get off the yuckies. Needless to say, we had our hands full without cameras for this part.

Tuesday, November 23, 2010. OK So our new addition is almost five weeks old now, and the only reason I am taking up my precious time to do this is for all my great and wonderful family and friends who I never get to see or talk to much. I went into labor the night of the 19th being almost overdue by a week! It was awful being that overdue, the wait was killing me! I knew that it was time, because I was finally feeling sick and very irritable! I have never in my whol.

Friday, 7 May 2010. Well, for the first time in a long time something exciting. Has happened at election time! No clear majority, a hung parliament. There is, of course, much talk about electoral reform. Hopefully, what this unusual result will do is spark a modicum of interest in the generally apathetic masses.

Little Miss Sassy Pants! Friday, January 24, 2014. This morning we had the privilege of taking the girls through the open house at the new Gilbert Temple. It was absolutely breathtaking inside. I hope it will be something they will remember forever. Well, Kennedy and Lucy at least. Violet kept calling it a castle and was asking where the princesses were. Sunday, March 23, 2014. This little boy just turned three. It seems he has become a toddler overnight. I love this age because he is so excited about everything - balloons, cake, presents. It was all a huge deal for him and he was so excited all day long. I love how the other boys are always hovering nearby. Andrew loves trucks, trailers, and especially motorcycles. His own set of Star Wars Legos! Our little football player. We came back inside for the building of the Lego set.
