Sunday, 18 April 2010. Last day of the holidays. I cant believe how quickly theyve gone - I dont really feel rested and Ive got a very busy day ahead of me too! My plan of food for today. Breakfast - Half a galia melon, oat so simple with skimmed milk - 4 points. Lunch - Snap pot of beans on roll - 5 points. Dinner - Roast chicken, dry roasted potatoes, roast vegetables with gravy - 5.5 points. Snacks - Unsure yet. Total - 14.5 points, with another 2.5 for snacks. My to do list today. 8 I got some.
