Tuesday, December 7, 2010. Barrel Aging Hits Vertigo! Today we moved beer into a whiskey barrel provided to us by Big Bottom Whiskey check them out at http bigbottomwhiskey.com. We are planning on letting this age well into next year. This will be a new beer for us. A dark beer to be sure, but we will give more details when the beer is ready. The brewery opened in September of 2008 and operates in an industrial building located right off the busy Cornelius Pass Road.
