Friday, April 25, 2014. A LOT of Catch up. it has been way to long. A lot has happened over the past couple of months. We had a crazy busy Christmas. We got the keys to our new and first house on Christmas Eve and moved in 2 days later. We spent our whole break moving, unpacking, decorating.

Sunday, August 10, 2014. Recipe from Vegan Yum Yum. Has been begging me to make it since I got the book. With sweet summer corn in season, now seemed like a great time to try it. The recipe was very simple and easy to make. While it called for frying these in 1-2 tablespoons of oil, I found that cooking spray and a nonstick pan worked just as well.
