This blog chronicles our journey toward adopting a child from Colombia. After seven long years on this adoption journey, we brought home two beautiful children in November 2011. Wednesday, January 9, 2013. I read a blog today written by a woman who adopted older children. She said that most of the blogs she reads talk about the happy moments after adoption, not the hard stuff. I have to admit that I have been guilty about this also. I hinted at it in an earlier blog. Tuesday, July 23, 2013. Our 10th Annual Colombian Connection Fiesta. We had another fun Saturday afternoon enjoying our kids and fellow local adoptive families. Glitter Tattoos a big hit this year.
