Friday, January 3, 2014. I have really slacked in this department. I was doing really well for most of 2013 and I was pretty darn proud of myself. But with lots of personal health and emotional challenges toward the end of the year, exercising was not my priority. I am getting a pass to the rec center and am going to all the fun classes with my friends. Us delivering some gifts on Christmas Eve to some less fortunate families.

Tuesday, March 10, 2009. Kyle decided to swim this year and did very well. He swam the 50 free and the 200IM. I thought is was funny that you had to bundle up to go to the meet and then some moms would be in shorts and tanks because it was a sauna inside the pool. I had never seen a 4 lane pool. Tenemos a la selección nacional sub 18 en Ferrol, lo que es un honor para todos nosotros, y además codirigida por un ferrolano con el que he tenido la suerte de jugar, el gran Antonio Pérez.
