This was a thought that came to me in the wee hours of the night as I was up with my newest child. Sometimes the daily tasks of motherhood seem overwhelming. As much as we love what we do, sometimes we forget to focus on the good. We will celebrate all the things we do as Moms - we will recognize and celebrate the joy we have in everyday things - we will find support from other moms when things get challenging. Thursday, December 1, 2011. The biggest news of 2011 was our move back to Farmington in March. We miss seeing our Layton friends so often, but we are making the most of our time here. Greg is in his 17. Year at Pella and is the top salesman in his department there. This year, his highs were hiking Kings Peak, horseback riding in Yellowstone, and elk hunting with his new muzzle loader. He hopes to get running again after an injury this year.

I eventually make it out there and am shocked to see him riding a bike! He previously had been fighting with Maggie in the kitchen over 3D glasses for a puzzle. He had just gotten in big trouble.
