The old chapel looms in the middle of a new housing estate, flats and houses with tiny gardens. The estate is built on the site of an old tanning factory, which would of provided jobs for a lot of the local people. Once a chapel now divided into flats. Where are all the people? I hear you ask, this was 11. the answer is that most people drive now, they drive to work or into town where they can get their food and shopping.

Saturday, August 15, 2015. Check in time again. I hit the gym hard this week, despite having to take a rest day on Monday and Wednesday due to some doctors appointments and a lengthy test at the hospital. I planned ahead, however, and just made those days my two rest days this week. Stats I lost another pound, so Im down a total of 7 pounds. I did take measurements yesterday, and Ive lost in a few places, but gained in others what the heck? Saturday, August 8, 2015. Heres to the next 6 pounds!CONTENT
