Sunday, January 19, 2014. Emily just turned 12 last week. The colors we based the room on is a greeny aqua, yellow, gray and white. I found a vinyl chalkboard decal at Hobby Lobby which was perfect. Emily collects snow globes so I wanted to highlight that collected. The shelves I found a Home Depot for really cheap. This is how happy she was! Our fina.

Sunday, December 25, 2011. We thoroughly enjoyed the time we had to spend as a family without the structure of school and work and even spent some time in Ohio. It could have been at least a month longer. Have I mentioned how much I love being with my kids? They are my favorite people to spend time with, any time of year. Merry Christmas! Wednesday, September 12, 2012. This school year has started out pretty busy. But it is keeping this boy out of trouble. You saw we have soccer and now we have added Horseback Riding Lessons to the schedule. This is something this boy has wanted to do for awhile. So we looked into it and this week was his first lesson. We are hoping that he enjoys this and it does not become something.
Wednesday, May 14, 2014. The Easter Bunny is pretty amazing. He knows the preferences of each home he visits. For instance, he knows that I HATE Easter basket grass. This year, the kids found their baskets quickly. Seems the old Bunny is losing his skills.
There something about having a toddler that keeps life magical. Ruby is now learning to sleep in a big bed. I love that when I lay down by her, she copies what I do.

Friday, June 5, 2015. Back in early January, Jeff had a conference in Kauai. The one island that has been on his list for a long time. Im so lucky to tag along thanks to our dear, dear friends who stay with my kids. I mean, seriously. My kids can be hard. So to have 2 of the people I trust the most love them even. When they are stinkers is priceless to me. Here we are all stretched out on the plane. I didnt even take my real camera. I just used my phone the whole time. We did a lot of hiking. Our hike .CONTENT
