Jag tror att vi alla ibland har svårt att finna den där motivationen, särskilt när det är grått och trist som nu. Jag är inte alls något proffs på detta men jag har mina knep, och vem vet. Du kanske kan ta använding av dem också? 1 Gör delmål till det stora målet. Det gör vägen dit lite lättare. Se dock till att ej ha omöjliga delmål, utan hellre lite för enkla så energin flödar när du faktiskt når dem. 2 Det är okej att drömma! Om det är något som jag har lärt mig av att bo.
