We are here and here we are! After a long break with a very wet and cold winter, I feel inspired to write in this space again. Sometimes we need time to refresh, recharge and re-evaluate. I have enjoyed the inspiration from other blogs Soulemama. Over the last few months. So, what have we been up to these last few months? Planting spring and summer seeds for the garden.

Monday, July 14, 2014. There are changes happening in my kitchen. But at the start of this year, I promised myself Id address the old energy issue. Im tired of dragging myself out of bed in the morning, counting down the minutes till the first coffee, scraping my way through the afternoon, and then hitting my stride sometime mid-evening and thus ending up in bed far too late, only to wake up and do it all over again. Im tired of being tired. And now Ive begun the part where I introduce foods back in.CONTENT
