Thursday, March 29, 2012. The Boyd and I took a bit of a camping trip last weekend. We headed about 30 mins from where we live to this beautiful reservoir. We had a blast just skipping rocks, building a fire, eating delicious tin foil dinners and of course, making smores.

Were a little overdue in announcing it on the blog, but Margot was born! She was born on February 28th and weighed 8 lbs 4 oz. Barbara did an awesome job, and everything went well. Mostly well. The umbilical cord was wrapped around her neck twice and her clavicle was fractured on the way out, but it could have been much worse. Double UGH! Tyler is a good big brother and helps Bailey watch the iPad while she takes her breathing treatment.

I felt so weird going to a park without my dog, it made me want to get one even more. Since I have always had pets around it feels so different without them. Tyler and I are currently debating on getting a cat in the near future, but we will see how everything works out. This weekend we will be celebrating our first family Easter together! .
