Texas Justice

Friday, May 13, 2011. Critique of Texas Prisoner Health Funding. I think that Daniel did a great job on the summary of his article that he picked. I agree with him when he says that the Texas Legislature should go with the single reimbursement rate plan, because as he said it does make sense that the plan will take much less time and effort to set up. Time is also an issue as described in the article that there are only 55 days left in the session. Wednesday, May 4, 2011. Wednesday, April 20, 2011.

Saturday, May 14, 2011. I extremely enjoyed this blog. I found that it is an informative blog that everyone should read and be familiarized with. I agree with the proposal to allow only bicycles to occupy the streets of Austin for three or four days a week. While it would bring positive change to the city, I do not believe it to be a realistic proposal, and it leaves me with one question. I only hope one day there will be a realist.
