What problems did you encounter and how did you overcome them? Final deadline - AS Photography.
Wednesday, 5 January 2011. Wednesday, 14 July 2010. Noir Transformation 3 - Hand. This transformation came from the other part of the course which we were doing work on hands. I changed the saturation to create a darker feel to the image. Wednesday, 30 June 2010. I like this iconic photo as it represents Noir at its best. There is a mysterious feel to the photo and i want to try to re-create that feel later in my work. Wednesday, 23 June 2010.
This video is an improved one from the last. I have added a soundtrack and extended it by added a division screen. I feel this has been improved and advanced to a better standard. Tuesday, 5 January 2010. Monday, 4 January 2010. How I did my Stop Motion Animation. We had to use our own photos, and animate them. For my background I used a Hockney style joiner photo-montage. In on the time line.
My joiner was of my motorbike as the lines that it formed where very good for the style of joiner that I decided to do. I liked the way that the very perfect lines that the motorbike has are the muddled up and form a very imperfect joiner which creates a juxtapostion between the perfect nature of the lines and the very imperfect look of the joiner. Wednesday, 16 December 2009. Thursday, 26 November 2009. Storryboard for stop motion film. Wednesday, 11 November 2009. I took 15 photos in all from different angles and aspects of the tray and meat products. I opened up a blank file and gradually started adding more and more images into the montage and started overlapping the images. Monday, 2 November 2009.
I made it by using my DSLR. However I think is is not as appropriate as a reflected response to the photographers I have looked at and the theme of my project, and so I decided to redo it, with a different top image that represents a natural landscape which contrasts with the train station, representing an unnatural world. I put this together in windows movie maker instead, which seems to have made the video flicker.
