Sunday, August 7, 2011. Ended up running a total of 2,125 km in 2010. And swam 45 km as well. My trend of lowering my mileage seems to have no end. A quick summary of 2011. So busy no time to keep the blog updated but will do my best from now on. So far this has been a very bad year. Tuesday, March 22, 2011. Tuesday, February 15, 2011. Well in January I only trained TWICE lol.
Due to cancellation of IM Japan, I ended up with entering three tri races. I never really wanted to do this many races. Suzu fun race using leftover fitness from IM training.
I run for Shibuya Ekiden 2011 last sunday. Our team member Kylie Me Satoe Mika. Little bit slow than last year. Our team fight bravely but we are beaten by Chudai ladies. What a pity! Because our team is 4 times champion in a low. Yes,that is OBI! I was running as scarf around my neck.
