Friday, December 30, 2011. I am however leaving you with one of my most frustratingly honest posts about life with a tight band. This is MY experience, with being tight. It is not everyones experience, the band is a fickle little minx, so your mileage may vary.
I now only have 4CC in my band. The doctor asked me not to put on any weight during the first 12 weeks and then to watch my weight gain closely. Well now 16 weeks in I am down 3kg. So I am very pleased with that. Have a good day! I have to be o.
Monday, July 25, 2011. Tuesday the 19th was my 16 month bandiversary. I had actually lost five pounds but unfortunately gained it all back. Anyway, here you go.
Monday, July 25, 2011. Rinse the quinoa in cold water and drain. Put the quinoa in a large covered saucepan and add chicken stock. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes. Bake at 350 for about an hour. This makes enough for a 9x13 dish. Wednesday, July 13, 2011.
