Tuesday, September 14, 2010. Nearly a year has passed since my last entry. So many events have transpired in my life since then - the worst being an emergency appendectomy gone awry. A blood clot followed by an abscess and an allergic reaction to the pain meds led to weeks in the hospital. Oh, and I nearly forgot the collapsed lung. I felt my world was spiraling out of control and there was no way to stop it. Wednesday, October 7, 2009. I took the plunge and enrolled in online classes.
Thursday, May 3, 2012. Another chance to play with enamels today. I also discovered that making copper headpins is different to silver, they look fine but if you grab the balled up end with finger and thumb and pull, they often come right off. It seems better if you heat the wire more before allowing it to ball, then you get the sort of balled up end that looks more like a raindrop coming off than a perfect sphere, these seemed to be stronger. Sunday, December 12, 2010. On the 9th December 2010, the CEB. Has launched its project known as SSDG standing for Small Scale Distributed Generation based on the Grid Code. It will buy electricity generated from Renewable Sources by Residential customers or other categories. The project is limited to 200 installations or 2MW capacity, where 1MW is reserved for Residential producers.

Since childhood I have always had an interest in Native American cultures, lore, and artwork. I have also been fascinated by prehistoric cave drawings and petroglyphs. These interests have served to be an inspiration for my artistic interpretations.
