Blend 3-5 tomatoes, 1 fennel, 1 medium avocado, 1 glove garlic and 1 tbsp tamari sauce. Top with alfa alfa sprouts. Blend handful of cashews with 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp of nutritional yeast, 1 glove garlic and season with himalayan pink salt or celtic sea salt. I added some chives for extra flavour. Handful of kale or spinach.

Wednesday, December 26, 2012. Sel aastal otsustasin jõuludeks teha kohe mitu puuviljakooki. Üks üheks päevaks ja teine teiseks päevaks. See kook meeldis kõigile, kes seda sõid. Retsepti leidis minu ema Eesti Naisest. Kasutasin natuke erinevaid ja rohkem kuivatatud puuvilju, kui Eesti Naises olevas retseptis.

Kuna seda blogi enam ei uuendata, siis minu edasiste fototöödega saab tutvuda juba MINU UUE VEEBIPÄEVIKU LEHEKÜLGEDEL. Taaskord spordisündmusi koduõuel, muidugi ma olin kohal. See oli tüdrukute päev, sel päeval said nad ristitud. Paistis päike ja kui äikesepilved lähenesid, läksid lõpuks needki ringiga mööda. Nende päev, kus kleite sai vahetatud mitu ja mustaks tehtud ka mitu. Äkki ma tüdinen ära? .

Minu retseptid

Viimasena sega sisse hakitud pähklid. Lõika vorstidest kettad ja küpseta 175 kraadi juures 12-15 minutit. Jälgi, olenevalt ahjust võib ka vähem aega minna.
