Monday, June 29, 2015. We were invited by our Area President, Elder Carl B. Cook, to the Pretoria Stake Conference for the splitting of their stake and sat on the stand with Elder Cook, two Area Seventies and two mission presidents and their wives. It was an amazing birthday present to me when Wade Baldwin was presented as the new bishop of the Pretoria 2nd Ward! LaPra.

When he was a young boy, he spent countless hours at the movie theatre watching Elvis Presley movies. Before he became a teenager, he knew in his heart that one day he would be an entertainer. Pursuing a music career was put aside while he served in the United States Navy and pursued other career paths, but he never gave up his dream of being a singer.
