This Crazy Little Thing Called Life. Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again Rejoice! Change is a coming. First baby step Ditch the Soft Drinks. I know these are horrible for my body and it was typical that I would drink 5 or 6 in a day maybe more? So far this year Ive only had 2 12! For me thats pretty good! Any suggestions for something to drink besides water? I love water, always have, but it can get boring very quickly. It seems everything I pick out is loaded with sugar. Oh, I know!

I am trying to be changed in each moment, experience and exchange in my life, both for good and for the good. Thursday, August 13, 2009. A New Chapter and A Review of the Last One.
