The Illawarra Transition to School Project helps children starting school to make a smooth transition by connecting parents, schools and services with current research and practical support. Our networks and community events focus on the Wollongong, Shellharbour and Kiama areas, as well as transition to school for Aboriginal children. The Illawarra Transition to School Project is funded by Families NSW.
