Just nu är det ändå en tid när jag mest brukar dundra loss på gym så ingen fara med att ha låg träningsmotivation. Den ska va som högst när man kör som hårdast. Nu kör jag bara tungt och inte så hårt. Järvafältet och mina kompisar för dagen. I helgen blev det två lugna pass i det fina höstvädret. Bäst att passa på nu när vädret är fint för snart så blir det nog kyligare och blötare! Körde med min CX så att den får luftas lite.
