I had a breakfast of champions, consisting of a bagel, peanut butter,a banana, and some Accelerade Sports Drink. The Swim Start was beginning to fill up with athletes getting ready to go. Here I am, coming out of the water. Getting ready for my 56 mile bike ride in the transition .
