Wednesday, October 27, 2010. So here is my Ode to Oak City, a beautiful well kept little secret, my Home. The canyon is just up the road from us, so every Sunday we go for a drive up the canyon. Loves to be on the look out for deer. Boone enjoys seeing the river. This is the view coming in to town. The sunsets here are some of the most amazing I have seen! There is a beautiful sky to watch. The sand dunes are also close by.

After those two days we were pretty pooped so we went to the beach and just hung around. Here are the only pictures I got of the kids at the beach. Tuesday, January 24, 2012. For any of you who have seen the movie UP, this should make you laugh. Elizas dog has had some surgery and needs to have a Cone of Shame on for the next couple of weeks. We still have a Robin who likes to knock at our windows every day, all day long. Here are my dogs waiting for him to knock again. They bark and get so excited even though they cant see him.
