A day to day account of my weight loss journey. Tuesday, February 23, 2010. Back to the Gym. Yesterday I got out for a walk with DH. It wasnt so lovely out, really foggy but it did feel good just to get out and get some exercise. I cant believe how early spring is going to be this year. Amazing really, seeing the buds and some of the bushes producing leaves already. Today will be my first day back at Curves. I am looking forward to it. Oatmeal, 1 TBSP brown sugar, 14 c milk.
