Monday, February 13, 2012. So like a lot of people I saw the documentary Fat Sick and Nearly Dead. By Joe Cross and I was inspired to do a juice reboot of my own. First off - I have been heavy all of my life and I have tried various ways of dealing with it - but now it has gotten out of control! So far I feel great and while my body lets me know when its time to juice again i cant say there is any real discomfort at all. Ill be posting more as I go so stay tuned for the results.
